During a meeting, Leah Sipe, the director at the Animal Shelter and Rescue Center in Waller, shared an incident where she went into the kennel to inspect something and called the other attendees to take a look. “I knew I might seem crazy and my furry friend was growling, but it was all in good fun. Even when I reached into his kennel, I assured them it was safe to do so. In reality, he’s the most amiable companion you’ll ever come across!”
