The video was filmed of a dog who had been barking at criminals on the streets that shocked American public opinion for a long time.
In the video, a naked man with black skin snatches his hand and is snatched by a criminal dog on the street brutally and aggressively.Three officers came running in to be able to stop the dog, but they couldn’t.

The three of them tried to pull the dog out but it bit the black man’s hand tightly. The dog is new and excited and won’t let go. The manager is trying some techniques to try to catch dogs. The dog was given a mission after this one and I think he was sent back to training.
The fact that they were more worried about keeping a man handcuffed and lying on the ground clearly did not resist instead of helping the officer catch the dog out of him is ridiculous. If the dog is new, he shouldn’t be in that situation. Those dogs weren’t just thrown to work after training. They work with stressful and high-energy situations. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Yes, animals have bad days, and there are things that happen, but keeping someone locked in a dog’s wrist that you can’t call 100% is a bad look at this part.

This is why we should not allow them to use dogs. And the fact that the other two cops were worried about his legs instead of taking the dog was pathetic. None of them should wear uniforms.
He was handcuffed why the dog needed to bite him there just meant that in order to track me this had happened to me twice when I was young yes I was an idiot then but being handcuffed to the fence the dog let go of his hand was scary and painful.

A lot of commenters seem to think that the police did this on purpose, but that’s not true.
