At the beginning of the new video, three policemen wear uniforms identical to those captured in the original video. Three people pressed on Floyd’s back while the other stood nearby. It was the police officer who is believed to be Derek Chauvin who had put his knee on Floyd’s neck for more than eight minutes.
“Please, please, please, I can’t breathe. My stomach hurts, my neck hurts… Please, please,” Floyd repeatedly pleaded. When Floyd began to cry, Derek Chauvin told the person who shot the video that the person needed to move to the other side of the street.

The four police officers involved in the incident – fired on May 26 – were identified as Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, Tou Thao and J Alexander Kueng. Recently, Derek Chauvin was detained and charged with third-degree murder.
The allegation comes after three consecutive nights of violent protests that rocked the city in the midwestern United States. Protesters set fire to a police station in Minneapolis and the National Guard was deployed to help restore order.
Minneapolis police have not yet commented on the new footage.
